I dont see how this rule is fair for all parties involved. This is just another rule to keep allowing Hedge Funds to keep illegally naked shorting stocks without the SEC doing nothing at all. This will hurt the retail investors but its not surprising because everything you all do benefits the market makers and Hedge funds and keeps the retail investor in the mud. If this rule passes it will get ugly. Good day.
