Since Improper Activities were uncovered within the Clearing Firm, it seems that the Failures have been taking Place, because the Information has Not Been Provided or it has been Concealed from the Owner, to Cause the Clearing or Purchasing to Not Take Place. Manipulation and Concealment, Needs to Stop.
The Owners and Accounts who are True Owners, so that Corruption is Displaced, should be Notified and Direct Communication Needs to Take Place Between the Organizations and the Owners. Factual Statements of Holdings and the Financial Accounts that the Fiduciary have Controlled, to Benefit and Take Ownership for Themselves, in the Judicial System, is Called Theft.
Investors/Customers/Entity/Owners/Clients, who become Parents/Funds/Firms/Clearing Firms/Banks/Corporations, used to be created by Investing Smart and Believing that the System was Created to Provide for Opportunity. Not to Provide for the Advisors/Executives and Governing Boards.. Instead of the Actual Owners of the Companies that the Actual Owners, of the Funds and Accounts... Being the Beneficial Owner, is being Corrupted, using the Rules and Regulations, Created by Identity and Credential Theft.
Lets Take the System Back, for the Investors.. Instead of Allowing the Members that have Created a False Market, to accept the Dividends and Capital Gains, for the Institutions that Caused the Problems we had in 2008. which Can Not Happen Again..
