KCG Holdings, Inc. ("KCG") is supplementing its comment letter of February 26, 2015 on OCCs capital raising proposal with the following:
In light of the significant issues raised but not addressed by OCCs proposal and subsequent responses to comment letters, KCG respectfully requests that the Commission disapprove the proposal or, at a minimum, that the Commission not approve the proposal via delegated authority but instead refer it for full review and action by the Commissioners.
