To: Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): This is a request of a US resident to our great country Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to kindly reject all applications for the Bitcoin Spot ETFs and any similar funds and investment instruments. The decentralized, borderless, and anonymous nature of cryptocurrencies raises concerns about their potential use in financing illegal activities, such as weapons, drugs, sex trade, etc. If the SEC approves a Bitcoin Spot ETF without ensuring global enactment and robust enforcement of the anti-money laundering controls along with guaranteed continued international cooperation, it will inadvertently contribute to the financing of these illegal trades and more. The lack of traceability and regulatory oversight will make it challenging for authorities to prevent funds derived from the ETF from being used to support these illegal acts. I must add that the non-compliance of laws and rules by crypto related companies is well known and supports this request. Sincerely, Dhiraj Kafle
