Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I want to provide a better future for my child in this country and I see Bitcoin as a way to do that. I am afraid todays third world countries adopting bitcoin will over take USA in my lifetime. I know communist countries like China and Russia don’t like Bitcoin because they want the government to hold power and not the average person. But I pray that this country shows why it is a beacon of hope to the rest of the democratic world. Sincerely, Anil D’Souza
