I’m writing as a shareholder who is strongly in favor of approving the Form 19-b that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. This would cause shares trading at a discount to better reflect NAV, and thus protect the many investors currently holding GBTC.
