Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think it is crazy that America is not going to be first on this, but we can at least catch up. Having a futures ETF allowed but not a spot ETF makes no sense.
