Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe that the approval will be beneficial for may reasons including to provide a regulated safe way for people to gain exposure to Bitcoin. I think it will also help stabilize the markets and reduce some of the current market manipulation going on. I am a United States citizen and a resident of Texas.
