Dear SEC, My name is Robert Lennie from Pennsylvania and I am in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. Chairman Gensler has talked about the importance of trust in American markets. How can American investors trust the integrity of markets if the SEC does not treat similar situations alike? While I am losing faith in a market administered by unaccountable SEC bureaucrats, I am holding out hope that the courts will provide American investors the justice they deserve. A lawsuit based upon the Administrative Procedures Act has merit, and I am looking forward to Grayscale’s potential case resolving this roadblock. Sincerely, Robert Lennie
