It’s time to allow a bitcoin spot etf. We already have futures. Aren’t futures even riskier? You approved those! Grayscale has done an incredible job outlining the reasons this should pass. Please stop kicking the can down the road. Digital commodities are here to stay. Even Gary Gensler today said he will commit to saying BTC is a commodity! Please approve this and allow the future to exist. I understand it’ll take awhile for stablecoins and other alternative cryptos. But bitcoin is a sure thing and not controlled by a single entity in any way! Please approve the spot etf by grayscale. -Kevin
