Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a California resident, I am a strong proponent of Bitcoin and its role as an inflation edge and believe a Spot ETF would provide liquidity and fair access to a store of value. Thanks.
