I feel BTC should be regulated as a commodity, but considering the circumstances, I believe you all should approve a Spot Bitcoin ETF. Many people I know are interested in investing in Bitcoin but aren’t comfortable with opening an account with a crypto exchange. I’m sure the interest is the same outside of my personal network. Allowing a Spot Bitcoin ETF would give investors the ability to have exposure to Bitcoin, using traditional means. Regarding investor protection, I believe continued communication from the SEC & brokers regarding the volatility of Bitcoin should be sufficient. Thank you! -Maurice Bailey
