Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an IT developer in North Carolina and would like to invest in a Bitcoin ETF. Bitcoin ETFs have already been established around the world in countries like Canada, Brazil and Australia to name a few, what are we waiting for? Sincerely, Jaime Bueno
