Dear SEC Team – I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust, currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is imperative that these protections be in place to avoid bitcoin-related scams. I am a long-time investor in Bitcoin and I would be relieved if I had this option for my investments, instead of buying bitcoin directly and having the responsibility to custody it. Grayscale is a reputable company and will be a great custodian for a Spot ETF. I hope you will consider their proposal to safeguard investors like me. Sincerely, Furqan
