Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a retired financial advisor and an advocate for ETFs and crypto. I currently own a portion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust and would like to see the trust become an ETF and a more effective investment.
