To our investment overlords at the SEC: Please approve conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF. I use this fund to gain exposure to Bitcoin in my directed brokerage 401k, the only way I can do it in this account. Because of your refusal to act, I have to take on additional risk of a widening discount (which has caused me significant losses, thanks). I do my own research and invest at my own risk, same as with any other asset class. I should be allowed to invest in a more stable spot ETF with lower management fees and less risk. The continued delays caused by you are the real risk to investors: rejection of this application will surely cause legal action and backlash from the public, which I will gladly support.
