Dear SEC%2C I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol%3A GBTC)%2C currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund%2C to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. ***[ pa--** we as crypto investors need some requlations..currently we are at the mercy of exchanges and whales controlling the boards--insider trading by exchanges is so obvious to us smaller investors!! they make millions while we lose our hard earned money..i think the etf would offer us some protections untill further requlations pass..please consider this etf to give us something a little less risky than current conditions! * [willard fassett] *** .
