Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in CT. I have tried to understand the reasons for your delay. I have not found any reasons why this should not be done. If you have any insight on why this should not be converted.
