Dear SEC, I am a former branch chief in the enforcement division of the SEC. I reside in New York City. Regulating Bitcoin is akin to regulating tulip bulbs. Or works of art. After years of trying to justify in my mind these “assets”, I have come to the conclusion that they unfortunately are simply financial disasters waiting to unfold. They’re ultimately worthless.
