***[PLEASE CUSTOMIZE WITH YOUR VIEWS ON THE CONVERSION, INCLUDING WHICH STATE YOU RESIDE IN – THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT]*** Dear SEC, I am Douglas Slemmer and I am in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) – into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. The fact this is being held up by the SEC is an absolute disgrace. Gary Gensler continues to use broken circular logic to deny application after application… “We must regulate crypto markets!” (Provide no guidance, Do Nothing) “We cannot approve the BTC ETF because markets are not regulated!” How nice it is to retain the spotlight by simply not doing your job. Bravo. If you honestly cared about investor protection you would finally provide clear guidance for exchanges many of which have requested exactly that and support regulation…then you would have no excuse for denying ETF after ETF….
