Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is absolutely ridiculous that you approve a futures cases BTC ETF and not a spot based on actual holdings of BTC! Shame on you for offering the public an inferior product!!! Regards, Charles Smith
