Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have been passionate about Bitcoin and Blockchain technology for a while and have conviction that America will once again lead from front on this massive and explosive innovation happening right in front of our eyes that will change business landscape in next 10-20 years. Given this firm belief I have also been investing heavily in GBTC to gain exposure to Bitcoin and urge SEC to please approve the first spot Bitcoin ETF by allowing the conversion of GBTC.
