Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Many other countries have spot Bitcoin ETFs including Canada and Australia, and if the US is to be a leader in crypto currency and blockchain technology we should have one too. I reside in Iowa and would like to be able to invest retirement assets in a Bitcoin spot ETF. Sincerely, Aaron Ward
