I am an advocate of making Bitcoin ETFs available to consumers. I believe that GBTC should be allowed to convert. Grayscale has been over-charging (200bp annual fees) for a product that does not track the underlying the way investors would like it to. The large pool of assets already in GBTC deserves to be converted because investors have long suffered from the discount vs NAV of GBTC. Converting GBTC to an ETF will eliminate the discount and will be a justice for investors in GBTC who have only simply wanted to own Bitcoin. Bob Dewey Robert M. Dewey, III
