Hello SEC; I am writing in support of approving the 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) – into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. I currently hold GBTC and it has been difficult to manage due to the nature of it being traded OTC. The exchanges have increased costs and given warnings about this type of security. There are currently Bitcoin Futures ETF's available, how can you justify not approving a SPOT ETF ? Many other countries including our neighbors in Canada (recently Australia) have Bitcoin SPOT ETF's available. We are limiting the choice of inventors in this regard. Please help us and approve this so we can be in line with other countries with modern financial investments. thank you;
