Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in New York and I invest part of every one of my paychecks into GBTC. Bitcoin has proven itself to be an asset that is here to stay. In order to protect investors, the SEC needs to create a spot Bitcoin ETF. Any other options are more dangerous. Sincerely, Sean Kelley
