Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a long time citizen and investor from Minnesota. I remember when you first authorized the trading of US T-bill and T-BOND futures and options. I was an early user of these products and I believe that the time has come for you to approve the use of Bitcoin futures and options as well as ETF's.
