Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Georgia and have been active in cryptocurrency since 2014. I have learned many hard and embarrassing lessons through cryptocurrency, but ultimately I believe that it should be accessible to as many people as possible as an important alternative asset to augment the rest of a well constructed and balanced portfolio.
