Dear SEC, I am severely underwater with the 30% discount on GBTC. I am 66 years old and would ask that you could support the spot ETF so that I may recover my losses. I believe it’s you that is supposed to protect us and not hurt us. Why have a futures ETF without a spot one…it simply just does not make sense! Futures are manipulated!
