Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As much riskier assets are approved a Bitcoin ETF must be as well. Bitcoin is a new asset class and an ETF should be available to Americans. I am from the state of Michigan. Sincerely, Mark Spano
