Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Approving an inferior paper backed bitcoin ETF at the expense of investors instead of Spot ETF's stinks of corruption. Either approve the spot ETF or disband the SEC as it clearly deliberately hsrms the investors it is supposed to protect! Sincerely, Alex White
