Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This is very very simple. GBTC as it stands is literally a more speculative than Bitcoin itself. This needs to change. Protecting investors means the asset instrument should be spot driven.
