Dear SEC, I'm writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol GBTC), currently the world's largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of North Carolina and believe that Bitcoin's innovations, running in parallel to our nation's fiat currency, offer the best approach to a technologically enhanced, prosperous, and free future for all.
