Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m located in Colorado. The SEC is supposed to protect investors. Unfortunately, I know many people that are buying GBTC and bitcoin futures ETF thinking it is a bitcoin spot ETF. I also know people that are buying bitcoin on exchanges and don’t know how properly secure their accounts and are getting hacked and losing their bitcoin. If you simply created a bitcoin spot ETF investors would be protected. Additionally, other countries have bitcoin spot ETFs. We are falling behind the competition. Sincerely, Brent Walsh
