Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Also , united states being leader in all the segments in the world , should not fall back in such a good technology. Millions of people are already using this technology and I'm sure SEC will not lag behind and frame positive regulations ! Sincerely, Nishant Kalra
