Dear SEC I am writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol GBTC) to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Arizona. GBTC is the best way for me to own Bitcoin as a small percentage of my portfolio and serves as a diversification asset. Sincerely, Gary Kaye
