Dear SEC I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol GBTC) - currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund - to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The USA cannot afford to be a laggard in financial technical innovation, falling behind EU and Canada which have been trading Bitcoin ETF for over a year. A Bitcoin ETF will bring confidence and stability to US markets, and greatly strengthen Investor Confidence. Please be Innovative and Strong by enabling Bitcoin ETF in our country.
