Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please convert this to a spot etf. My forward thinking investment is currently trading at a discount because of this. Make America the first spot ETF home. We’re the greatest at everything, why not add Bitcoin and crypto to the list as well. Sincerely, Matthew Roderick
