Dear SEC, I am a holder of GBTC through Fidelity. Bitcoin has become a notable asset and GBTC can provide lower-risk exposure for average investors. GBTC is safer than an exchange, and I can not I lose my investment by incorrectly sending bitcoin to the wrong wallet or losing my private passwords. -Safer then exchanges -Legitimate asset many want exposure -Greyscale’ 2% fee is extremely high. A spot ETF will bring stability to GBTC’s premium/discount and new competition to drive down GBTC’s fees. Best Regards, Kyle Leier Minneapolis, MN
