Dear Ms. Countryman: I am writing as a stockholder in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. As you are aware there are inconsistencies which create an uneven playing field for Bitcon ETF's. The SEC's mission is to protect investors so I am imploring the SEC approve GBTC for conversion to an ETF and allow investors a choice over which product best meets my investment need.
