Dear SEC, I am a 52 year old stay home mom from Florida and I am in favor of approving the Form 19b-4 that NYSE Arca filed with you to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust – GBTC into a Bitcoin Spot ETF. GBTC is trading at a loss, harming investors like me who purchased shares above NAV because it was to hard to buy BTC at an exchange like Binance at that time and I have a 10 % exposure in GBTC in my portofolio. It seems to me that a Spot ETF is less risky then a Futures ETF which was recently approved. It would be extremely helpful to my family in the midst of a hopefully short lived recession to have a spot ETF conversion to stop suppressing the value of a discounted asset.
