Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol:GBTC) currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Retail investors who want exposure to BTC should not be forced into a futures derivative because the SEC continues to refuse approval any of the many ETF applications. You’re not protecting the investing public, you are denying it safe access to an asset with tremendous alpha that has delivered highly attractive long term returns.
