Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. At this point, I think we can all agree that cryptocurrency as an asset class is here to stay. I encourage the SEC to be proactive in this matter and approve this institution’s application as the first bitcoin ETF.
