Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. GBTC is currently trading at a severe discount, harming investors like myself who purchased shares at or above NAV. Coverting GBTC to an ETF would eliminate the discount/premium problem, benefitting investors, while harming no one.
