Hello SEC, It's time for comprehensive crypto regulation. There's enough information and plenty of investor participation and interest among the retail and institutional community. It is time to allow ETFs to invest in crypto. If you really claim to protect investors then you will allow Grayscale to convert its trust to an ETF. We investors deserve the chance to own an asset that effectively tracks bitcoin and does not penalize us with a discount. In addition, as an investor we would benefit from lower management fees.
