Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. There are hundreds of approved ETFs today that are worthless today and you should approve a BTC spot ETF. I do not invest in any US ETF or Mutual Funds because the system in Wall Street is not fair for traditional investors. Game Stop and AMC proved that exact fact! Sincerely, José F. Cepeda Ramos
