Dear SEC,

I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States.

With stocks in a never ending boom and bust cycle due to fed intervention, the retirement portfolio I've spent a lifetime building is full of risk and volatility. I can't own bonds because the Fed has been pinning rates at 0 for almost 2 decades and now they have inflation running out of control because they've been buying everyone's mortgages, stocks, and all the garbage debt being issue by corporate America. My dollar is worth less and less everyday.

So, what? It's okay for me to buy a spot ETF that tracks the price of some rocks that nobody under the age of 90 cares about, but I can't buy one that tracks a distributed, secure, and transparent store of value built on one of the most genius technological concepts ever invented because some blue-haired whities in government are too dumb to understand anything?

Just get out of the way already.

Sincerely,
Joe McNeil
