Hello -- I am unsure if this is too late or not... but I just wanted to write you all to request that you, urgently, prioritize the approval of the GBTC conversion to an ETF. Currently, by not approving GBTC's conversion to an ETF, the SEC is unequivocally not fulfilling its mandate of protecting retail investors. As cash flow becomes tight in worsening economic conditions, the SEC is drastically damaging my investments by not approving a GBTC ETF....all the while making Wall Street rich through allowing the damaging BTC futures vehicle. To say that I don't understand the reason for this is...well, to put it mildly. Please prioritize doing the right thing. Sincerely, Noah Walker
