Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Washington State. Bitcoin is a risky, speculative, but ultimately reasonable, and now mainstream, investment option that most of the developed world allows their citizens to utilize. Frankly, at this point it is absurd and embarrassing that the US does not allow this. Please reconsider your previous stance on this issue. Sincerely, Brandt Mohr
