Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. You have approved much riskier and less useful futures tracking ETF’s, when an ETF back up by cold storage residing actual Bitcoins provides a much safer and more accurate platform for retail investors AND funds to invest.
